Canon PIXMA MP450 Spec Sheet


The PIXMA MP450 is a modestly priced multifunction printer which includes Canon's patented FINE technology and 1.9-inch LCD viewer.

The PIXMA MP450 has a rectangular shape with a dark gray body and silver edges. It has a color resolution of up to 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). It features Canon's FINE technology which translates to a multinozzle print head. The PIXMA MP 450 has 1,472 nozzles.

It can print a borderless 4" x 6" photo in approximately 55 seconds, according to the Canon website. It can print a black and white document at a rate of 2.7 seconds per page and a color document at a rate of 3.6 seconds per page. It also has a scanning resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi (optical) and 19,200 x 19,200 dpi (interpolated).

For users with a compatible memory card orPictBridge ready digital camera or DV camcorder, you can plug in your device and print photos directly. There is no need for a computer as the 1.9-inch LCD viewer enables to the user to see the images they are going to print and make simple edits, according to Canon.
